Ninja sword for costume

I have a costume party coming up and Id like to dress as a ninja. The problem is I cant find anywhere a sword that will fit. All I need is a blunt sword (so if anyone borrows it during the party, noone can get hurt too bad), that looks realistic enough, made of metal, with a scabbard. Despite going as a ninja, and I know the ninja swords were not Katanas, a katana would do...
I've browsed blades-uk but they're all sharp it seems.

Also important is I live in Portugal so I cant order anything from America, for example, the shipping cost would be higher than the sword itself.
Another condition is the price, anything below 30€ would be preferred.
Any help?

Buy a cheap stainless sword in Portugal and take off the edge and point with a file, takes about 10 minutes - wear gardening gloves for safety
