stainless is never going to be as good as carbon steel is, carbon takes an edge easier than stainless does, l would hold onto the knife if l was you personally as l have no problem with using stainless blades. the wire sculptures were basically fencing displays, notice its behind the main gauche (l think thats how you spell it) they were pretty cool actually, l shoulda got a picture of them....
