I mainly want it for the look, as I have a photo which would require a rapier. But I'm not one of scrimping any buying cheap things, especially if it also means I get a half decent rapier to play with when I'm done :D

Well surely the open air provides more ventalation that the inside of a stuffy pub? what if theres no wind? plus, there will be a lot more people smoking in a compressed space, so your gauranteed to have someone blowing smoke at you as you walk past. plus if you do not wish to be around the smokey ...

Oh and as for the "smoking den" it can have a roof, but no walls otherwise it becomes an "enclosed public space" :D I've seen these starting to pop up alteady 8) I dont smoke, but I object to the ban the problem is smokey atmospheres, which isnt going to be solved, the atmosphere is being moved abo...
