Katana in films

I know it's unrealistic, however I find it suprising the ammount of katana featured in films and their percieved capabilities. Re: tamahagane sword for a grand

Yeah, your right, apologies. The tamahagane is a learned process, from Japan and the Dynasty swords are not Nihonto. Even the polishing stones are imported, my bad.

Re: All curved Swords to be banned

It's great isn't it? Motions like this. Soon, look forward to the thought police and George Orwell 1984 type situations. Everyone knows a Taiqiquan straight sword is totally harmless

Re: paper crane katana

I'm lucky living in London, that there are 2 dojos near me. Therefore I won't feel very conspicuous going by car, or even on public transport as it's 25 mins away. I think what alot will do, is put the swords inside 2-3 cases. A dragon boat paddle case is a great idea I wish to share with you. Btw d...

B-UK traditional shinken katana

Hi I noticed this sword in stock. Is it still available? Is the construction full tang, and how does it compare to a folded chen sword?, being from a smaller forge.

paper crane katana

I wonder what the best chance of getting one of these is, within the UK now before the ban. Any ideas. Probably slim to none. I already have the Ronin on order. Jus sad it's come to this, although I can console myself with the fact that I ave joined an iaito club, and will recieve professional tuiti...
