More BUK Katanas in production

Postby Loz » Fri Aug 22, 2008 8:32 am

We have 11 styles of our own handmade, clay tempered samurai swords in production and due to arrive November. 10 are new and 1 is the Crane Katana but this time in 1060 high carbon steel which is a good workhorse steel strength (1095 was a tad overkill and doesn't offer any real benefits when compared with the cost increase, I mean it's not like anyone was going to try to cut down a tree with one)

Pricing is expected to be approaching £100, offering the best value going for a clay tempered handforged sword. The swords are entirely hand made, not even machine hammered. This time they will include certificates of authenticity stating blade dimensions, materials, the name of the smith, years in blade smithing and the time taken to produce the katana.

As a manufacturer we will also be wholsaling these blades, contact us for more info.
