The Government has launched a site asking for ideas as to which laws etc people would like to see changed. This is possibly a unique opportunity for those who enjoy collecting and using knives and swords for legitimate legal purposes to have our say.
It only takes seconds to sign up to use the site and to propose your own ideas and rate and comment on those already proposed.

There is a current proposal to overturn the poor case law (or ammend S.139 CJA 1988) to allow people to carry sub 3" lock knife as an "Every day carry" knife, without the "good reason" necessary at the moment. I would ask you all to support this if you agree. Link here:

Also one for redefining gravity knives to prevent lock knives being seized by HMRC when they clearly are not gravity knives.
