Wing Chun, they're doing an excersise called "Sticky Hands" which is used to help them block etc.

And that is fast!! I'm amazed

Hell yeah, it always looked a little strange but seeing it like that! I want to start it up lol. I remember seeing it at a Wing Chun Excersise course, I didn't know it was widely used in Kung Fu though.

Its used in tai chi also. My friend who has a red sash (equiv to 1st dan) in shaolin dang lang kung fu, also is at instructor level in tai chi and speaks very higly of the effective of their 'sticky hands' and 'push hands' and training. Although both are completely different concepts.
