Bagua ?

I remember there were a couple of beautiful swords one was a Bagua and I think the other was the willow leaf sword I think Sim had 1, cant find ethier of em now though and I was thining I might get one since the ppt is out of stock. Any ideas or are they there and I'm just missing em?

I asked Sim this same question, i missed the Willow Leaf. Apparently a lot of the ones they were sent had problems such as broken scabbards so had to be sent back, in the end they were only getting half of what they ordered due to such problems.

Shame, oh well might go fer a euro style sword insted to go with the heater. Been looking at Kingdom of Heaven stills and thats sent me on a euro kick.

I thought Bagua was a style of Martial Arts, not a blade, but well I suppose you could refer to the blade used in the style. :S

Yes and no, the Bagua is the big 2 hander version of the willow leaf...and the next sword I want to get but since I can't find it anymore :'(

The willow leaf is a real pretty sword and handles very nicely even though it being a 'hand and half' makes you wanna sometimes wield it with two hands. If you can get your hands on one, do so cos it's a nice alternative to all the katanas out there

bagua's do indeed make a nice change. they're very flowing in a way. you can see that in the recurved shape in grip.

Scary fact: I've been looking at the Cold Steel webby and they don't seem to have the willow leaf or the bagua there for sale! SHOCK SHOCK HORROR! :evil: :evil: :evil: What on earth is going on?!

They have been discontinued by cold steel. Same as all the problem swords they made.

I found a Cold Steel Willow Leaf sword and the Bagua Sword on the same american site/link but cant post site names and there also out of stock lol. -= Rich =-

why are CS having such probs with they're swords? they told the world that they were some of the best to be found? i'd stick with PC.

It is, but i guess Cold Steel just decided to call it that.

Yeah, two handed chinese sabre. Wonder if the Yangling from PC is still available, now thats beauty.
