Yep another noob!

Postby John Tarantula » Thu Mar 20, 2008 4:40 pm

Hey!

I'm a noobie here. :D

have had various weapons over the years but getting a bit older now so just want to conectrate on the better quality ones, though not of course getting £1000's of quality.

got a couple of wall hangers - UC Ninja 3000 and Marto Richard III (Lionheart)
a couple of new ones: BUK Shingen katana and PPK Elite on it's way
and a couple of old ones: 19thC African Mangbetu knife, 19thC Katar and repro Elcho Bayonet (fake old!)

once I get the PPK think I'll concentrate on the older stuff - love Katars as well so looking for some more!

I live in london and also enjoy metal music, my wife(!) helping with my church and my pet tarantula.

I'll put some pics etc up later of the older weapons to see if anyone has more info than what i already have.

cheers!

Michael

Depends on where it was ordered from, hopefully its from a reputable dealer and not from the kinda site that takes money for orders it knows it can never fulfil.

How extreme? I'm into melodic death metal, metalcore and screamo type stuff myself.

Cheers, Chris.

Your viewing profile says you have "no interests". No offence mate, but if you started having a few, in whats out there, maybe you wont be "iggernant" any longer. Give FOO FIGHTERS a start then work up to SLIPKNOT and KILLSWITCH ENGAGE then wind up with TRIVIUM. (be warned; not for those of an 'Ant and Dec' disposition) :CHAIN :GG :D

Killswitch Engage are great, went to see them at Birmingham Carling Academy last year. Never seen Trivium live but I've got the cd's.

Trivium live just blow the beJeeesus out of about three chords, the PA, the back-line amp/cab stacks and every eardrum within a radius of about 3 miles. You need to hear their albums first because 1. You wont hear the tracks played at a live gig quite the way you hear them at home. 2.You won't hear anything for a fortnight when you get home afterwards. Will that do for you Malverne mate?
