it isnt blindingly obvious on this site is it, where to click to find the main site and shop ?

Only an image link... not everyone susses that at first :(

The

"www.Blades-UK.com" ought to be a hyperlink

to get to the forum you must have already been on the site. "Blades-uk.com" is in bold so the lazy buggers can just type it or keep looking to click it.

to get people to easily goto the main site... you should make their life easy ;)

To be fair, she's got a point. I'd imagine quite a few people have stumbled onto the forum through Google searches. Believe me, those who are competent on computers are in the minority! I know people who'd be continually clicking the big black 'www.Blades-UK.com' text top right of the screen going 'why's it not working?' :-D

thats what I meant.... theres a hell of a lot of computer thickies out there! that if you dont make something blindingly obvious... theyll never work it out ;)

I changed the hover box(alternate text), unsuprisingly I didn't set that text its set by the forum itself, I changed the link myself but didn't change the alt text as its a place holder and never really noticed what was in it or what it was doing :-D

And you must have subsilver rather than darkblue which is suppose to be the default blades-uk scheme, I updated the darkblue one as thats what I assume everyone uses, have now made the same changes to subsilver :cool:

oh right

Ive never changed the default colour I use ....

this is what I got when I joined :-\ so maybe the default colour isnt picking up properly ?

all working now :-D
