Heres the pics of the archers knife blade I got from our friend in the North :D and the bone hairstick I promised Ied post a while back. I've already started on the grip so will post that when I'm done :D

Very nice :D That blade looks the business. I wouldn't mind getting a nice high quality knife for my collection. How much did the blade set you back? If you don't mind saying?

Nice blade indeed BB..... is it finished? i.e. sharp etc?

I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do for the hilt hun :)


And that hair pin looks really good too!!! wouldn't think it was a human bone at all... you were right about that!! :)

Danka all, the blades fully finished and shaaaaarp :D Set me back about £50 and worth every penny :D Then you have to add the cost of the silver fer the fittings and the bog oak so I think the end price may end up as somewhere near £100
