I made some Nunchaku out of some cricket stumps after watching 'Enter the dragon' when I was little, oh the bruises.

corded are the bizz!
almost silent, with a good swoosh at speed

can you post a vid of them in action?
better still, both pairs of them?

(ps. can ya get a mod to change samuri to samurai, think it would help ya dude, unless its intentional and im fick or summink) 8)

well i've just broken my favourite round ash wood nunchaku so they might end up as corded ones (that or ill post them to a museum(sp?) and demand they are given a place of honour)

any way i'll have to order some more soon cause they are nicer than my other pairs(probably why they broke first)
