Sailor's Swords

Hey peeps, Just bought my first Sword set and thought this would be a good place to re-introduce myself.
I'm Tzipi, 20, Studying in Glasgow at the Nautical College. I joined at the start of the year, but I got called out to sea,, but now I'm back til December so I thought I jump back into the forum :D

My first set is the Carved Samurai Sword Set :GGG

Hi, welcome to the forum ;) I must say I really like the saya (scabbard) on that set!

hi and welcome back i would like to say that i recently purchased that set and was chuffed to bits with the tanto and wakizashi but a little dissapointed with the katana because the fittings rattled is this the same with yours

if you run a drop of thin super glue where its loose leave to dry that enought to stop most annoying rattles

Oh a cutlass is on my list for sure :D


Thanks guys, once my room is painted I'll hang them up on the stand, but I want to doll it up a little. Maybe Kanji symbols on the side. :mrgreen:

Adam, I'll have a check tomorrow and find out for you... Haven't told my mum I have the set yet.... lol. So I'll wait til she goes to work.
