gil hibben eclipse bowie

hi guys heres my new piece the gil hibben eclipse bowie
some specs are lenght 17.50 11.50 blade lenght 0.25 ins
thick 2.35 ins wide all fittings are from solid stainless steel
this thing is huge must weight close to 3lb plus as per usuall
for u.c. knives the sheath is made from reconstituted leather
scales are some sort of hardwood its also a full tang
thats a six inch ruler above the blade for comparison

it a nut moon which is a bit strange as all it dose is keep the pommel on
the scales etc are held on the full tang with stainles steel pins

I just wondered why there's a nut with pinned scales and hoped it wasn't one of those crappy 'cable tangs'. :D

tell you what moon if i thought for 1 minuet it had one of those cable
tangs the money would never have left my bank account lols :D
who ever came up with that idea wants it forcebly inserted up his
rectal orifice thats for sure
one thought has just occured to me about the bolt its this is it
there because its holding down a fair chunk of steel i.e the rather
hefty buttcap that thing must weigh well over 9ozs on its own
