Ahh I see I thought they were solid so to speak, not sure where to get em from but shouldn't be too difficult, plus they will do much less damage than b&q bamboo I was about to buy lol

as ive said geordie theres some similar stuff used to lag water pipes only grey in colour
should be available from most hardware distributors try that

Yea il have a looksi on the weekend, iv been soo tempted to chop up my old boxing bags but that would be messy when the filling falls out, and there not particularly a "soft" target haha more likely to brake a wrist than slice and dice
