hello, hope someone related to blade-uk here that is able to help me out.

Date & Time of Order: Sun, 22 Nov 2015 14:49:35

the 24th nov i got a email saying:
Thanks for the order, this is a quick confirmation that the order has been processed and is now being packed, you'll receive a further email on despatch during the next 48hrs.

30th nov:
6 days after - Money taken from my bank account, but i still havent recieved any further mails about my order?

ITS really important that i get it before the 8th Dec, because its for a friends birthday

Hi

You'll need to contact BUK via the details on the main website for an update on your order as no one on this forum works for BUK. I'm sure you can appreciate at this time of year though they are very busy.

If this is your first order they could be waiting for you proof of age. Check your spam filter.
