Very nice! The leather ito is nicer than i imagined. Looks to be great value for money, also looks like there's lots of packing grease still stuck to it lol

it is a lot better than i thought it would be too geordie, aye there is a lot of grease on it but the grease is inside the sheath so everytime i put the sword back in it gets covered with whats left inside the sheath,

if anyone has any ideas on how to get the rest out i would be grateful for any advice

the blades was well cleaned last night with oil applied to it after

Yea, you want to leave it out of the saya (scabbard) overnight, that candle waxy stuff eventually just dries up, it does no harm but its annoying lol.

the hard waxy stuff on the blade will dissapear in time as the wax wears off from inside the saya which is there to stop oil from
the blade soaking into the inside of the saya you can make yourself a tool out of a thin coat hanger form one end into a flattened loop
use a piece of tee shirt about 4 inches by 2 inches put tee shirt into loop push straightend coat hanger into inside of saya work it back and fowards
till the rag comes out fairly clean you,ll not get it all out but will shift all the loose stuff inside. :D
