sword sharpness??

just wondering how sharp my sword will be out the box :p i just ordered my practical plus katana. cant wait for it!!!! how sharps out the box wills it be :p i dont want to have to sharpen it straight away -_- since ill have to learn.

The payment confirm is automatic I think, you will usually get a email when it's dispatched.
The ppk is sharp, razor sharp at the kissake, (tip) it's so sharp it's like a flake.
But the rest of the blade is as sharp ad it needs to be, it will cut most targets you put in front of it.
You can always buy a sharpening kit but you could damage the hamon if your not careful

ok thx :p so if i put my finger on the blade and push along a little im guessing i will draw blood. i wanna cut some water bottles straight away so im just hopeing its sharp enough to cut straight through without knocking the bottle over

Cutting really is 90% technique 10% tool, and I'd advise against pressing your finger on the blade, it's a sure fire way to remove didget lol, cutting bottles will be no problem

If it's not sharp, it's just a piece of steel and this is blades-uk.com forum, isn't it? :S
