Legality confusion.

Post by zmuucnin » Wed Nov 18, 2015 8:39 am

So I'm considering purchasing the Premium Chikara Katana but the problem is the blade length with it being 29" (73.66cm) it is longer then the legal 50cm and I know they claim "You do not need a license to own any of the products we are actually selling on the website, they are also all legal to own in the U.K" but I'm just unsure, unless there's something major I'm missing can someone help and clarify? Thanks.

The 50cm limit only applies to blades which are not made using the traditional method, so you can legally buy and own any of the swords on the main site regardless of blade length.
