Katana Sleeve's

Im sorry if this is a repeated post, but i seached for it and i couldnt find anything usefull!

I was woundering were i could buy long sleeves, that would cover my entire katana!

i got the idea from the film the last samurai, thought it looked nice all covered up! :wink:

All swords? :? All katanas I presume? I never got one with my Godfred or Lowlander :-D

You can get them online if you didnt buy a PC sword but you'll have to google fer it and fer the most part they aint cheep, personally I think it would be cheeper to make one yerself outta kimono silk.

Yea i had words with a guy who makes stuff like this, and he's making me one all black :D i just want it so it wont get dusty, and it covers up the fact thats is a sword, when i take it to iaido lessons :-D

Good idea....!

I believe that legally a weapon should be made 'inaccessible' during transport, anyway. This usually means carrying it in some form of cover or bag, and then transporting it in the boot of the car or some such.

If going by public transport, put it in a bag within a bag, ie. a soft silk bag within a leatherette sword case.

hey,
does anyone know what colour sleeve you get with the practical fantasy katana?are they all the same colour?
It'll b a big sleeve to cover a 44" katana,jeez,want tit even more now,
supplier says prob be november,i can wait tho,b worth it,just hope it here b4 xmas.
Start Iaido classes next week,be a nice change from fencing

Going to have to buy some sword wall mounts and properly display it,got my other cheap one on a stand,looks quite good but won't even compare to my PFK.
Then going to have to buy an iaito next,but got a bokken so thatll b ok for Iaido for the start,cant wait
