47 ronin keanu version
Has anyone seen the new version of the 47 ronin?
it gets good user reviews on metracritic but terrible press reviews and it bombed big time in Japan.
It looks like 300 with all the cgi tomfoolery.

From the trailer it looks like they've thrown a lot of stuff from the game 'Jade Empire' in there, I'll wait for dvd or a review on here, which ever comes first!
Re: 47 ronin keanu version
Doesn't look anything like jade empire, wrong country anyway that was clearly china
Re: 47 ronin keanu version
Off topic but may be of interest to some is this list of the 33 documented 47 Ronin buried at Sengakushi Temple and their weapons, there is no record of the other 14 that I'm aware of, unfortunately...

Well know I've watched it I will pass judgement...........
Its OK, good story, although some liberties were taken, its definitely worth a watch.............
And I still some elements from the game 'Jade Empire' where in there!

I've seen it. Lots of nice swords to drool over. Story wasn't up to much and the CG was almost cartoonish which totally ruined it.

Liked Last Samurai better.
Seemed formulaic, nothing to write home about. Ho hum.
